I’ve recently started writing for The Huffington Post. Want to check out my latest post?

Nothing gets me more in the spirit of Thai travel than hopping into the back of a tuk-tuk!

I visited Thailand for the first time back in 2008 and quickly fell in love with the friendly people, the fresh, flavourful food and the frenetic energy that sweeps through the streets of Bangkok. I just returned from my second visit — and fell in love all over again. Click here to check out some of the highlights.

Nice article. I live Thailand, and especially Bangkok. Sukhimvit, a great are to stay. If you get back and wanna try a different hotel, I highly recommend the Davis on …Soi 31 I think? …down by the river The Lebua at State Tower also has the apartment style rooms (extremely nice). Both a little cheaper than the Marriot. As for Cathay, probably one of the best airlines in the world. Good article, John.

Thanks for the recommendation! And I agree – I loved Cathay!
